We believe our ultimate goal as a nation should be to create an equitable, just society. To achieve this we must ensure that all children have access to a high quality education, particularly those who live in poverty. We stand firmly with our education and social justice client and peer organizations in the pursuit of this ideal.
In this endeavor, we know that results for children hinge on the talent of adults. Human capital is the center around which impactful work revolves. We believe that for any student-serving organization to thrive, its talent practices must be deliberate and effective.
We also believe that it is critical to attract and develop diverse organizational leaders who come from communities that have historically been marginalized and disenfranchised. This, we believe, is the only way to make the best decisions to positively impact our children who are most in need, and to realize a truly equal and just society.
